Hi there! My name is Jen and I am the the owner, lead stylist and makeup artist, social media manager, receptionist, one woman show behind Spellbound Salon Studio!

 In 2019 I decided to take the leap of faith and become my own boss. This had been a dream of mine since hair school! So I opened Spellbound Salon Studio. At Spellbound I strive for every guest to feel comfortable and welcome in my chair. To me we are all beautiful souls that deserve to look and feel our best! It was my dream to have a salon where you would never be judged and treated with respect and kindness no matter your race, gender, political leanings, religion, sexual orientation, what clothes you wear, etc. A place to laugh, cry, vent and celebrate things going on in your life. A place where YOU are the top priority! All while getting pampered  of course!

A little about me:

I am originally from the mountains of North Carolina, but now call Savannah my home. I have always loved hair and makeup since I was little, from cutting my hair at the age of 4 to be like Mulan (and all those poor Barbie dolls) to dancing for 12 years and applying my own hair and makeup. After high school, I pursued my dreams and graduated from Alexander Paul Institute of Hair Design top of my class and have been rocking the hair game ever since.

 Over my almost 10 years of being in the beauty industry, I have kept up with the newest and greatest trends and techniques. I pride myself in always expanding my knowledge so I can provide the BEST experience for my clients! I am a Pulp Riot Artist and Educator, Pravana Balayage Certified, The Original Brazilian Blowout Certified, Keratin Complex Certified, as well as trained on Wella, Pravana, Kenra, Redken, Trionincs, Joico, JKS and Pulp Riot Color as well as versed in Sexy Hair and Deva Curl Cutting Styles. I am also certified in Tape-In and K-Tip Fusion Extensions (Sew in wefts coming soon!)

 

I have participated in fashion shows for local boutiques and pageants as well as my work has been featured in many magazines such as Cary Magazine and Wake Living Magazine as well as marketing campaigns for Advanced Auto Parts!

 

I have a ton of hobbies! In my free time, you can find me out thrifting looking for my next treasure, exploring this beautiful city, or at home gaming (I am a part time twitch streamer), watching anime, working on my plants, painting, reading or just chillin with my 3 fur children Daryl, Salem, & Remus. I am also a huge nerd! I love anything Harry Potter (Ravenclaw represent!) and Dungeons & Dragons!
